Curated Exhibitions + Artist Representation (Haus of Taylor)
At Haus of Taylor, our exhibitions aren’t just shows—they’re curated storylines that honor Appalachia with care, craft, and honesty. Roots & Reflections celebrated the Appalachian spirit by bringing together works that carry heritage and bold vision in the same frame. Forest for the Trees invited artists into a shared theme—forested landscapes, perspective, and the deep ties between nature, community, and collective heritage in the Appalachian region. And Light in the Hollows (opening April 4, 2026, beginning at Dusk) takes that mission one step further—using light as witness and metaphor, not to “pretty up” this place, but to make it seen.
That’s why artist representation matters here. We don’t treat artists like inventory—we treat them like partners. Haus of Taylor represents both established artists (invited based on reputation and past collaborations) and emerging/independent artists through a juried selection process, ensuring every exhibition holds together with originality, technical mastery, conceptual depth, and curatorial integrity. When we represent an artist, we advocate for their work—through thoughtful placement, cohesive curation, and promotion designed to build real visibility and momentum, not just a one-night crowd.
